Bob Agahi

Bob Agahi has been a co-founder and director of Lendability.com since April of 2008.  Mr. Agahi  is a partner in several Real Estate Development Companies.  Mr. Agahi also Co-Founded Software Companies NetView Technologies, Inc. in 1996 and Rulebase Inc. in 1999.  Mr. Agahi also created a proprietary securities trading fund which he managed through 2003.  Mr. Agahi is also a partner in Evening Entertainment Group, an owner / operator of multiple popular entertainment venues and restaurants.   In September of 2007, Bob Agahi created the One5ive foundation, a non-profit philanthropic organization with a focus on humanitarian efforts and innovation.  Mr. Agahi co-lead the Series A round funding for Acer Gal, Inc., the Parent entity of Lendability.com. 

David E. Sellers
David E. Sellers has been a director of Lendability.com since April of 2008.  Mr. Sellers is president of LGE Design Build, a top commercial developer and contractor.  He has been with the firm since starting as a design/sales coordinator in 2000, and in 2003 he became vice president, taking over the company’s build to suit and speculative development divisions at age 24.  Since then, under his day-to-day leadership, the company has grown more than 500 percent, reaching total sales of $327.2 million in 2007 while expanding its development capabilities dramatically.  Today, the company is a leader in office, retail, warehouse, office/warehouse and medical office development and continues to be recognized as one of the most innovative, efficient and respected commercial developers in Arizona.

Edward A Manning

Ed Manning is currently Sr. V.P. for Sales of Proximo Spirits, Inc. A "Start Up" company founded in October of 2007, Proximo is a leading importer of super premium and luxury distilled spirits brands with sales exceeding $200 million dollars. Headquartered  in New York City, Proximos brands include Three Olives Vodka from London, England, 1800 & Gran Centenario Tequilas from Mexico and Ron Matusalem Rum.

From 1998 to 2007, Ed was the Vice President of Sales for SKYY Spirits and a key member of the executive staff, responsible for the 13 western states. During Ed's tenure SKYY Spirits grew from a one brand company to a company importing over 30 brands from around the world. Today, Skyy Vodka, one of the real success stories of the distilled spirits industry is now well over 2 million cases strong and available in over 30 countries.
